St. Mary's School/Church

Comprehensive roofing project at St. Mary’s School in Canton, addressing multiple roof sections with tailored solutions:

  • Roof Sections #1 and #4: The existing roof surfaces were overlaid with new ISO insulation board, then covered with a white PVC single-ply membrane to improve energy efficiency and provide long-term waterproofing.
  • Roof Section #2: A full tear-off of the existing roofing was performed. New ISO board was installed and finished with a PVC membrane for a complete system upgrade.
  • Roof Section #3: The existing EPDM membrane was restored using a fluid-applied system. The roof was pressure washed and coated with an acrylic roofing system to extend service life and improve reflectivity.
